Personal Training and Classes
Hackney Wick

Fitness space in East London run by womxn on a mission to combat gymhibition and spread body positivity in a safe, inclusive space. Our coaches, team and community want to redefine mainstream fitness culture into a more healing, inclusive, restorative and fun practice.

The space was designed with love for our LGBTQI+, POC, QTPOC, big bodied, thin bodied, the person with a disability, the shy, the lonely and anyone supporting our cause — men included.
